WHEEL POWER Christian Cyclists (WPCC) is the National Organization of Christian Cyclists, a bicycle ministry in the United States of America. We invite you to explore our web site and learn more about our exciting ministry of spreading the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ to people everywhere on bicycles. We also invite you to join us, either on one of our upcoming Mission Trips (for a day, a week, or the whole trip), or become a WPCC member and receive our bold neon yellow jersey with the Cross of Jesus. This will help encourage you to share your faith right where you live and ride.
We have seen God bless and use this ministry in many powerful and exciting ways since its inception in 1993. God gave Judy Bowman the vision to start WPCC and she leads mission teams across America each year. Their goal is to witness to people they meet everywhere as they Pedal and Proclaim the Truth of the Gospel message. WHEEL POWER teams have pedaled over 1.5 million safe miles and have been blessed and used of the Lord to plant seeds in the hearts of thousands of lost souls; water the seeds planted by others; and be led by the Holy Spirit to pray with thousands for salvation. We give God the Glory for He gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6)! As WHEEL POWER focuses on evangelism, team members are trained and challenged to be bold in their witness and to talk to Anyone, Anytime, Anyplace about Jesus!
RIDE, RAISE, and REACH is a new ministry outreach program developed by WHEEL POWER Christian Cyclists (WPCC). Our goal and desire is to partner with other Christ-centered ministries making a difference in our world for Jesus Christ. Bicyclists are invited to join a WPCC missions team to Ride Across America or from Maine to Florida in a joint effort to Raise money for the ministry of their choice while Reaching people with the Gospel. Participation on a RIDE, RAISE, and REACH missions trip will allow Christians the opportunity to take an active role in spreading the Gospel around the world through their partner ministry (Mark 16:15).
We are blessed to have riders joining us to raise funds for Liberty University, Wycliffe Bible Translators, Joni Eareckson-Tada's Joni and Friends, and for several church ministries, missionaries, and orphanages. Please pray about joining us for a few days, a week or more, or possibly the whole trip and raising funds to support the ministry of your heart.
