SPRING MISSION TRIP AND UPDATE MAY 2021

Greetings from Lynchburg, Virginia, on this beautiful Spring day!

Jesus has put within my heart, not only a song, but also the desire to serve Him wholeheartedly and with joy, passion and purpose all the days of my life. The people who know me best know that I often say, “there is a song for everything,” then I’ll start singing a familiar tune or write my own song if nothing fits the moment.

In our ministry, the bicycle has been an amazing tool for witnessing since 1993. On May 15, as our team starts our ride across Ohio, we will be rejoicing, and maybe even singing, that the “Joy of the Lord is our strength” (Nehemiah 8:10) or “This is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24). We will experience the newness of Spring and should connect with many new people along the trail as well. Our prayer is that we will take each opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with a song in our hearts and a smile on our faces.

OHIO MISSION TRIP ITINERARY:

Please pray for us as we pedal from Cleveland to Cincinnati, May 15 to May 25. We will be staying in Independence, Akron, Massillon, Millersburg, Mt. Vernon, Columbus, London, Xenia, Mason and Cincinnati. Our ministry team of riders are coming from PA, NY, OK, TN, VA, AL, CA and we are all so excited to see how the Lord will use us in the lives of the people we meet along our journey.

If you would like to come meet us, ride a few miles or a day or two or if you just want to join us for the fellowship or dinner, we’d love to see you.

Several of our team members will Visit the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter in KY after the trip ends if you’d like to join us there on May 26.

Looking ahead……..
