Christmas greetings from Lynchburg, VA

What a special time it is to celebrate the biggest birthday of the year – the birth of Jesus! We hope you all have a wonderful, and Merry Christmas season with your family and friends, while keeping your eyes fixed on Jesus (Hebrews 12:2).

2021 IN A QUICK OVERVIEW – WHEEL POWER’S 28TH YEAR OF MINISTRY WAS VERY FRUITFUL

We pedaled hundreds of miles on beautiful, paved trails in Florida, Ohio and Oklahoma. Our purpose as always is to ride and reach out to others, sharing the Truth of the Gospel. God blessed us with hundreds of people to talk with along our journey. We praise the Lord for each person who heard the Word of God and His plan of Salvation. Several people received Christ as their personal Lord and Savior on our trips this year and we continue to pray for them as well as those who heard the Truth but did not respond (yet).

PICKLEBALL MINISTRY UPDATE:

“Is There Life After Pickleball” is my testimony tract written to encourage Pickleball players to read and hear the Gospel message. Several players around the Country hand out my tract, just as I do, when we play or compete. One day I received a phone call from a woman, who had received my tract, and asked for prayer. As we talked, she had many questions about Jesus, salvation, death and more. What an amazing privilege to lead her to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ over the phone. This year I also had the blessing to start another Pickleball ministry at a church in our area. It is wonderful to see the caring desire of this church family to want to reach their community for Jesus. If I can help you get a Pickleball ministry started through your church or in your town, please let me know. Or if you would like copies of my tract, please send me an email and I will mail them to you.

JUGGLING FOR JESUS:

For the past 30 years, I have been volunteering at Liberty University teaching juggling, once each semester in the Motor Learning class. It has been fun to teach the students this skill and also to teach them how to use juggling to share Jesus. A few months ago, I received an email from a young lady who was in one of my juggling classes about 15 years ago. She wanted to let me know how God used her and juggling to teach the kids about Jesus in her Sunday School class. Through her lesson and demonstration, several kids in the class came to know Jesus. Isn’t God so good and amazing – He can use anything, even Juggling!!!
